I’m Art. I make small apps and tools that probably started as "what if I built this in one evening" and somehow ended up on the internet.

The Beboks come from Silesian folklore - tiny chaotic creatures - which felt like a very accurate metaphor for my coding process.

About me

For more than two decades I've been helping build digital things: banking platforms, trading systems, enterprise software, websites, developer tools, and the occasional project that escaped far beyond its original scope.

Professionally, I spend my time working with TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies. I've worked with teams ranging from local agencies to global organisations, always chasing the same goal: making complicated systems feel simple.

The Beboks are my personal workshop.

Named after the mischievous creatures from Silesian folklore, this is where I build the things that don't fit neatly into a job title: open-source libraries, experiments, utilities, side projects, and whatever idea has most recently convinced me to open my editor "for just five minutes".

The beboks you see on this website aren't stock creatures - I draw them myself as SVG illustrations. It started as a small side project and somehow turned into a growing collection of digital mischief-makers. They're much easier to manage than real folklore creatures, though only slightly.
